The spatula, or “spanell” in Breton.
It is a must-have utensil for making nice round thin pancakes on the plate of your crêpe maker. You use the spatula to flip the pancakes during cooking and to fold them once cooked and filled.
The spatula size you choose will depend on the diameter of your plate.
The bigger the plate, the longer the spatula required.
